THE ROLE OF VOLUNTEERS
Caring for local children and young people with disabilities...supporting the family.
Volunteers play a valuable role in the work of Menphys Sport, Play and Leisure and it is essential that both club staff and volunteers are clear about what is expected of volunteers.
Volunteers do not have to make a commitment to attend every time the clubs are open but it is essential that they attend at the times and dates they have committed to.

any potential hazards to the club leader.
- To contribute to an ethos that allows club members to make choices and contribute to decision making.
- Volunteers are welcome to contribute to the planning of a programme of activities for the club members taking
into account their individual needs, strengths and preferences.
