In our mission to assist the families that look to us for support, we need your help like never before.
Did you know: It costs around £30,000 per year to run one of our Saturday Activity and Respite Clubs, that’s about £1000 per young person. Parents and carers contribute £10 per week to these clubs and Menphys have to fundraise for the rest.
These clubs offer children and young people with disabilities 36 weeks of enrichment, social engagement and most of all fun! It also offers families a couple of hours respite, every week. Our plan is to extend these clubs across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland – ideally at least one in each district, one in the city centre and one in Rutland. That’s Saturday activity clubs for over 200 young people.
Menphys Movies, our quarterly SEND friendly cinema experience.
Every three months, Menphys puts on an inclusive cinema showing of the latest premiere in partnership with Showcase Cinema, Leicester.
